BUSINESS & OFFICE SET-UP
Step by Step, from beginning to end we can oversee the entire set-up of a new business tailour made to your requirements:
· Step 1 - SITE SURVEY :: Andrina~Tech technicians will come to visit your premises. In co-operation with your needs and the layout of the area we will draw up a plan of what you require in order to obtain your goals. Back in our office we will then create an entire list and project plan including all that is required from start to finish of the project and will give you a detailed list so you can make any changes you require.
· Step 2 - CABLING :: Once the plan of action has been decided upon, the first part of the set-up of the working area consists of pulling telephone and network cables, to get power and connections to where they need to be.
· Step 3 - HARDWARE :: With the network in place the hardware will then be mounted and installed in the correct positions, in accordance with the plan created from the site survey and the location of work stations throughout the work space.
· Step 4 - SOFTWARE :: Once all of the hardware has been completed the next step is to install the software. This includes the programs for scanners, printers and faxes linked to the personal computers or laptops. The hardware drivers will be installed and tested to ensure the peripheral equipment is working correctly. Beyond this we can also help you install software for computer programs that you will be using for your work if you require assistance.
· Step 5 - COMPLETION :: Upon completion we will finalise any outstanding issues, and throughly check that all of the equipment is fully functional before handing everything over to the users.
